The Bar

Hand-crafted cocktails, tequila, sake for the sushi, and California beer on tap, carried out to a deck over the water. The bar at Costa Fuego is a reason to visit on its own.

Hand Crafted

Fire in a glass

The Fuego half of our name is not just about the pizza oven. The signature list runs from a mezcal and hibiscus Fuego Rosa to a bourbon Old Fashion named for the lake it is poured beside. Margaritas are hand shaken with fresh lime, never from a bottle.

On a hot Woodland afternoon, the move is a Pain Killer on the deck while wakeboarders carve past. On a brunch morning, it is a mimosa flight at the rail.

What the bar pours

Pair It

Sushi, sake, and tequila belong together.

Bright citrus, clean fish, a little heat: our signature rolls were built next to this bar, and it shows. A glass of Tears of Dawn Daiginjo with the Sunset roll, or a Costa Caliente and a margarita, and let the evening go where it goes.
